    Hi Feira, it looks like you might a file permission issue in a folder or file. Can you check to make sure all your files and folders for this plugin have the correct permissions.

    Can you also check the log file in the plugin and for your server.

    Also I just notice that you are running WordPress 3.8.1? Is that correct? If it is I recommend that you start looking at upgrading to the latest version. This is important for security, stability, performance and also to be up to date. Also if you do decide to upgrade make sure that all your plugins and theme are also up to date and are compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

    Note: One of my golden rules, backup your website before you decide to upgrade just in case something goes wrong.
