My client is trying to visit their own site from home (through mobile, on wifi) and suddenly get’s this message: blogvault firewall: blocked because of malicious activities. When switching to 4g, everything goes fine. This wasn’t the problem before… Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Hey!

    Thank you for your message.

This occurs when the IP from where the user is accessing the website has been blocked on our Firewall.

I would recommend requesting your Client’s IP and then whitelist it on your website’s Firewall section on our dashboard.

    Thank you!

I don’t have this plugin installed, however another developer in India is experiencing this issue with our wordpress site. How do we whitelist this IP for his computer if we don’t use this plugin? Did BlogVault get integrated in the WordPress core files? I’m so confused about this issue, I’ve never experienced an issue like this before with WordPress.

    Hi @amanbv

I am also facing the same message when making API calls. Can you please help with the Blog OR the info on whitelisting the IP Address?

    Regards,
    Kartik Parmar

I’m also facing same error. My employer not able to whitelist my ip and blogvault plugin blocking me. Any idea?
