Blogs to appear on related parent page

Hi, ive found your wordpress/wp-admin/widgets.php page with handy pick and drop options to move blogs around.

Only trouble is you have above header, below header, footer but i cant see any ‘main content’

I want to drop the blogs into the main page and have them appear at the bottom of the page above the footers…

any reason this isnt an option? thx
