Blogs not showing full posts

When I am the full blog shows on the blog page, so I utilize the <!–more–> to break it into an excerpt. however, on the individual blog post page, it is only showing part of the blog, informing me that I need to be logged in and subscribed. I haven’t changed any settings that would cause this to happen
