This happened after a switched servers and domain names. I just haven’t had any looking fixing the problem.

This is v2.4 on WP 3.6.1

    Checklist From the FAQ:

The plugin is network enabled – yes
Your user level has broadcast access (Broadcast access role) – yes. Set to author. I’m super admin.
Your user has write access to more than this blog – yes, because of super admin.
The correct post type(s) have been selected – yes
User & Blog Settings is not set to hide the meta box from the user / role / blog – yes

Please help. I’ve spent hours disabling plugins and tweaking settings. It was working before I moved servers and domains. The domain and db settings are the only settings that changed before it stopped working.

So the blogs stop working because you switched servers and domain names? That’s no reason for it to not display the blog list. Sounds like I might have to login in to your site remotely to see what the problem is.

Get a hold of me via e-mail and we’ll see if this can get sorted out.

I appreciate the help. Not every plugin author would do that.

Unfortunately, I don’t think I can grant you access to this particular client’s website. I’m going to debug the code and see why I I’m getting an empty list of blogs. I’ll keep you posted.

I’m having the same problem. Has anyone managed to solve this problem?

    Plugin v2.11
    PHP v5.5.7

    Plugin is network enabled
I log in as super admin so I should have full access
Correct post types have been selected

I just tried with the plugin versions 2.10 and 2.6 to see if it was OK in older versions, but no luck.

The problem started when we upgraded our server to PHP 5.5.7.

I see you’ve gotten a hold of me via e-mail. We’ll sort it out there.

Problem was solved. The user needs to be added to each child blog.

    Hi Edward,
    Happy New Year.

Love the plugin, i have a similar problem but i don’t want to add the users to the sites. I have a multi-site i’m setting up, each site is to be used as a company intranet. We have built a user directory for each company to use as a contacts list so don’t want to add them to other ‘Company’ sites. As this is a closed system we want the admins for each company intranet to have the option to post global news to the other companies in the group and the broadcast plugin is great but as they aren’t users on the other blogs the broadcast won’t show up.
We need to see if we can bypass this part, so that they can broadcast the post to the other sites is this possible?

Sorry if this is a lot of waffle.

    Regards

    Mick

I’m sure something like this could be arranged via a custom plugin.

Send me an e-mail if you’re interested.

I just wanted to come back and say thanks. That was the problem.

There is now a plugin in the premium pack called “All Blogs” that enables access to all blogs no matter if the user has been added to the blog or not.
