Blog's Google Search Results

Does anyone know how to change what Google displays when searching for my blog?

i.e. My blog is the Young, Wild, and Broke Blog. When I type “young, wild and broke”, the Google search result is ugly. I would like to change what the text display on Google.

Im guessing it is something in my Editor, but not entirely sure.
