Blogs do not appear on Blog Page

I added a blog page in Settings/Reader. If I publish a post it does not show up on the blog page. The URL is https://www.lizzybvintage.com. The blog page is the one titled “old blog test” on the menu (not the one titled “Blog”). Funny thing is if you click on the blank space on the page a post page will load.
