BLOGRUSH

i signed up for blogrush and they tell me to add their code to my blog, but i have no idea where i am suppose to add this code. I tried to add it under post and under page but when i tried to get it verified it did not get verified. i hope someone can help me, do i have to download a blogrush widget first? i tried to search for a blogrush widget but could not find any.
