Blogroll on right hand side

  • Hi, I’d like to have what I call a ‘blogroll’ on the right hand side of the Sela Theme. I’m not sure what the correct word is, but it is other blogs that I like, that have relevant info. Would settting this up be found in the…sidebar widget? Can I place this section where i want in the sidebar, and also order the blogs I link to? Finally, can the other blogs open in a new window? Thank You.

    I am no expert, Envelopemeow; Just a Sela theme fan. I think the widget you need for the widget area is “Recent Posts” that will show the last amount of posts you set. Also, be mindful of the static blog post page you set-up because it shows more than one last posts in full.

    Hi @envelopemeow, if you want to add links to other blogs you like or follow, I would suggest creating a Custom Menu with all the links in it, and then use the Navigation Menu widget in your sidebar and assign that menu to the widget.
