Blogroll not showing anymore/neither most popular tags

    Was working before and now its not.
    It’s showing up in current widgets but doesn’t come up in the sidebar.
    Was working previously.
    I tried changing to default theme – no change.
    I’m also not getting the “most popular tags” showing up in the options even though when I go to the tags section, they still exist.
    I tried switching all the plug ins off, no change – please help

    Found the problem, I must not have switched off all the Plugins when testing,
    Found user access manager created the problem, however it’s just been updated and now works fine.
