Blogroll not appearing under "Blog" page

I can’t make my posts appear on my created “Blog” page on my website.
I’ve made a category “Blog” which I’ve published a post under and specified for the “Blog” page to have that category under it.
I’ve even tried the shortcode [blogroll] but still no luck.
Can anyone help?
