Blogroll Link Importing?

  • I am looking for a way to import my blogroll links that I have in a CSV, XLS, XML or HTML format. The only thing I have seen is to import an OPML file. But I have not found a way to convert to OPML format and would like to know what program or plugin to use for that? I am using WordPress ver. 2.7.
