Blogroll is the only category of link that shows up

I added a whole bunch of links in different categories, but the only ones that show up are in the category ‘blogroll’. I’ve carefully examined every setting available, and they all seem right. I have no idea what to do about it. Blogroll isn’t the appropriate category for everything. The site is https://www.enjoyingindia.com. As you can see, there are only two links listed.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
