Blogroll Gone after 2.1 Install

Getting the following error on my site in the blogroll after install of 2.1:

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘cat_order’ in ‘order clause’]
SELECT * FROM wp_categories WHERE cat_ID > 0 AND link_count > 0 ORDER BY cat_order ASC

I manually transfered the new files to my server – and didn’t change anything else. Not sure what’s going on – any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
