With the new versions (3.2 and 3.1) of the events calendar plugin I am getting the following error with my news/blog page ::

Fatal error: Call to a member function is_main_query() on a non-object in /home/bencrump/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/lib/the-events-calendar.class.php on line 2162

Is there a work around and upgrade to the the 3.2. I had to revert back to 3.0.3 to get the plugin to work on the site. Please advise.

  • Hi mediumfour,

Do you find that this happens even with only a default, unmodified theme (such as Twenty Twelve) and no other plugins but The Events Calendar running?

    Thanks!

Hi mediumfour – do you still need help here? I’m assuming not and will mark this thread resolved, but if that isn’t the case just let us know.

    Thanks!
