Blogging by email v.10

I am currently using V1.0 fo WP and trying to implement the blog by email settings. I have my pop account set up and my options all configured. I send my test email and then direct my browser towards wp-mail.php and nothing shows up. I’ve checked my WP to see if the entry showed up as a draft, because I’ve seen other’s having this problem, but it’s not even in my system as a draft.
I’m sending the email to the address I have setup. The subject of the email = the title of the post and then the blog content is what should go in the actual email body, correct?
Any idea what I’m doing wrong? Please? Anyone? !!
