Bloggers leave comments but how do I reply to them??

I have many bloggers that leave me a blog asking for some additional informatoin which I am happy to supply. However I would like to reply directly to there email address. I tried doing this from wordpress but when I clicked on the bloggers email address my home email address was the email address that was being sent – so I was gibving them my family email address instead of the Blog email address. Obviously I have missed something in the set up process of my blog or I am not replying to the bloggers in the correct way.
