Blogger-WordPress2.0

  • I just started using WordPress and would like to move my Blogger archives over, but the import page doesn’t connect to blogger. Any ideas or tips? I’ve also tried following the instructions on import-blogger.php, and I’ve been able to transfer the archive file to the server I’m on but not import them into my WordPress blog. Any suggestions?

    I’ve also just installed WordPress 2.0 on my own machine and the import went quite OK. All posts were imported. I only have one problem. The importer removed all my style=”” and class=”” and other attributes from tags and the formatting isn’t right. Is it possible to make the importer import the entire HTML source from posts untached or will I have to manualy check and correct every imported post?
