Blogger url redirect to wordpress permalink structure

Hi everyone, in blogger i have always used my custom domain. so i Don’t have to worry about blogger redirection. While moving from blogger to wordpress.
but my question is how can i make sure that my posts redirect to new WordPress permalink structure?
cause blogger posts have /year/month/permalink.html
while i wants to use /post-name permalink structure in wordpress. Is there any trick to do this? Or do i need to redirect each posts old permalink to new wordpress permalink structure.
