Blogger images fuzzy / wrong size

Hi!

Thank you for such an excellent plugin. I have one major problem thou.

When fetching a feed from Blogger blog, post thumbnails are tiny 72×72 Blogger thumbnails instead of normal sized blog post images. With WordPress blogs, images are pulled like they should, in normal size. I have also checked that those Blogger feeds do have a normal sized image; I’m just unable to pull them.

I’ve tested settings, tested with different (default) theme, still no success. Planning of buying Pro Version, but unfortunately if not able to solve this, it makes the plugin quite unusable for me.

Is this a user generated error, or something plugin feature related/a bug?
