• Does anyone know when the blogger import utility will support Blogger Beta? Or is there some way around this import, like maybe importing to another program and then importing to wordpress?

It is VERY frustrating to not be able to import.

  • I agree with you.
I saved the default RSS feed from my BLOGGER BETA site and then imported that to wordpress. Be sure to set your blogger feed output to FULL first.
This may be able to be done using the ATOM feed also, but havent tried that.

I wouldn’t use the blogger feature for the moment.. It is beta after all..

    I figured out a workaround

I recommend using tigynet’s suggestion above.

I’m only getting 25 posts in my rss feed, and I have it set to full. Even when I add the max argument set to 400, I only get 100. I have around 350 posts. Anyone know how to get all of my posts in the feed?

Anyone have any update on this?

    Blogger is useless!

    Hi All

I’ve created an importer for Blogger Beta, utilizing RSS for posts and comments.

    Comments are welcome.

I imported two blogs tonight using the WebbleU method mentioned by justinbaeder and got posts, comments, and images. The only hitch I had was bringing the SQL database from the temporary wordpress blog to the permanent one. The problem came in the form of a duplicate entry found in the SQL entry. If this happens, go to the admin of the new/permanent blog and delete the post, comment, and page that the wordpress install automatically creates and do the SQL query again. Smooth as could be, although it was quite involved.
