Blog with Spacious Free theme

Hi,

We couldn’t get you properly. If you want a different style for the blog, then can you go to the Appearance > Customize > Design > Blog Posts display type and choose the display type among the four options. The style with an image at left is included in the Blog Display type options .

I like free Spacoius very well.

Thank You for the hint above. I can find the choice of the display types with four options. But 3 of them give me unchanged layout. And no of them displays mys pics. Maybe I have turned something off elsewhere?

My wish is to display my pictures big left and small right exactly as shown in the FrontPage here https://demo.themegrill.com/spacious/blog/

We could not get you properly on it. So, maybe provide us a screenshot to better understand. Also, please give it once a try adding featured images within the posts of your site and see if that helps you resolve the issue too?

I′m sorry – I have not succeeded in explain my issue abour using blog part in Spacious Free business theme.

Hi,

You can simply assign the CxO2 Blog as blog page by going to the Appearance > Customize > Homepage Settings > Posts page and select the CxO2 Blog. Assigning it as Post page will show the image as content as in the demo. You can choose the Blog display type as large as mentioned in the above reply.

For showing the post with small images, you need to install the ‘Recent Posts Widget Extended’ plugin available in the WordPress plugin repository. After installing the plugin, you can insert the widget from plugin in the Right sidebar.

On one of the sites I built, I used the spacious free theme. I just updated the theme files and noticed the homepage slider was not working in chrome. Here is the site https://cherylcooperauthor.com/. Any ideas? Thanks

I have a Spacious Free theme and want to change the colour of the top bar (across the page where the menus and site name sit) from white to green but can’t see an option to allow this?
