Blog whitespace between title and text won't remove

To get rid of this, use .blog_img { display; none; } in your CSS.

WordPress > Appearance > Editor > style.css has no code.
The style.css seems to be in the WordPress > Appearance > Themes > Custom theme, however this Custom theme doesn’t show any style.css?
Only shows GUI controls?

install the plugin “simple custom css” and use it to add the CSS above.

Okay, added the plugin and added the code into the plugin, but no changes.
The file Simple Custom CSS currently only shows:

.blog_img { display; none; }

Should be

.blog_img { display: none; }
