Blog view shows blog in text only

  • I recently installed wordpress and posted a test Blog. I “view” showed
    only text. I changed the theme but but still got a text view. I am new to
    Wordpress and wondered if I have missed some field that I have to flag?

  • I am experiencing the same issue. I have made posts & everything. The only change that I have made is to change the wordpress address and the blog address to the actual domain name I have masked.

    vernston -thanks for sharing. When I started wordpress and made a test post I got a default theme image – everything OK I thought. I went around
    ticking various boxes without paying much attention and when I next looked
    at my test post it was in Text. Guess we are both hoping for a WordPress
    developer to point ooutthat we have done something dumb! Did you see any field that said html?
