blog URL incorrectly displaying in header

    I upgraded to 3.2.1 and now the blog url is incorrectly displaying in the header (left-hand corner).
    I downgraded to 3.2.0 and still have the problem.
    The theme I’m utilizing “thirtyseventyeight” says it up to date.

    Strangely, the blog url is also being displayed at the top of the admin screens as well.

    Any ideas?
