Blog to Pages?

I tried to research this but I couldn’t find the answer I was looking for.

I would like to use one my pages “https://www.irbypace.com/news/” as a blog feed. Is there a way to embed a code into this or could I just make the “News” link redirect to a separate blog or something?

I hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help.
