blog titles don't link

Only the most recent blog post title is a hyperlink to the blog itself. How do I fix this? Just want the blog title to link to the blog by itself so people can post comments.

I also wouldn’t mind having only a bit of each blog post show on the front page, rather than the whole thing. Any help?
