Blog Title Missing in RSS Feed – General Page Contains Title

I set up a blog with a title in the General Settings page but removed it by adding
#header h1 {display:none}
in the style.css file. It prevented the title from displaying, but also prevented the title from being recognized in RSS feed. I restored the style.css file to the original versions, but still no title in the RSS feed.

It’s rude to have your URL show up as the title in a blog reader – how can I fix this?
