Blog title font and alignment will not change

Hello,

I have been trying to change the blog title font to any other Google font besides Roboto. If I use custom css, it goes to one other font style (similar to Times New Roman). So I tried using the Easy Google Fonts and WP Google Fonts plugin but it again only goes to the aformentioned font style and then aligns to the far right. There is nothing in my custom css referring to the logo section so I don’t know why any of my font changes are going through.

Any help is appreciated.
