Blog Title

Sorry to ask again but I’m having problems.
I’m using – All in One SEO Plugin and I’m having trouble with my Blog Title.
When you go to https://www.tynetime.com the Title shows up as the URL of the blog ( ON Opera anyways) and on Mozilla it shows up as just Mozilla Firefox.

I don’t see where I’m going wrong.
I’ve the Home Title as ‘Tyne Time’ <- What it should be but it still doesn’t work..
Note, it was working fine up until a two days ago.
