  • Hi @matthew06,

After checking your URL, it appears that a third-party plugin may cause this conflict or happen by disabling the “content” in general settings. Please check the following three things:

    1. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Blog > Single Post, scroll down, and find “Elements Positioning”, ensure the content is visible there: https://postimg.cc/7JZgBXCP.

    2. Please perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with our product. Then provide the details as explained above.

    3. Also, it could be a cache issue. So, if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, in Elementor, please don’t forget to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools; and finally use hard-refreshing keys and recheck the issue. To refresh the page, please follow the steps explained in this link: https://www.documate.org/automation/what-is-a-hard-refresh-how-to-do-a-hard-refresh-in-any-browser/

I hope the above helps you to solve the issue.
    Best Regards

Hi, steps 1 and 2 solved it. The Elements Positioning in Customize is unchecked. It is why the text is not showing. Thank you!

    You’re welcome.
    I’m glad we could help.
