For the last week, my blog has been “flickering” on and off. At first it was at off hours, like 4am but now it’s happening frequently during the day. Currently, if you go to our blog you get this in the web bar:

It’s working now.

This seems like something you should contact your host’s technical support about. This is not a WordPress issue.

@Kjodie, just to be clear, when you say my “Host’s technical support” do you mean like the person responsible for IT at my organization?

No that means the company you are paying to host your site – looks like BlueHost:

https://www.whois.com/whois/appraisersnewsroom.org

They had a major outage last week, so these problems may be related to that .
