I believe my blog was suspended in error. So a week ago it was suspended with no notice. I put in several requests for wordpress.com to look at it but found out from them today that my blog is through you guys instead. My blog is a plus size fashion blog and I don’t know what I could have done to go against rules. Please inform me on what I need to do to fix the situation so that I can continue encouraging already lovely women to love their bodies.

If I am not able to get back in there I do want to secure some of the things I wrote as I don’t have copies of everything.

I expect a response asap, as I have waiting an entire week and I am very frustrated!! Thanks.

I’m afraid you’re asking in the wrong place: www.remarpro.com has nothing to do with.com.

I suggest you ask at the .com forums instead.

Correction, your site is not on WordPress.com. You’ll need to contact the company you are hosting with to get this resolved.

Okay, I am sorry. Clearly I am technically challenged and EXTREMELY confused. I have been told my host isn’t wordpress.com or www.remarpro.com however I USE wordpress.com to get into my blog to make changes. Can someone, anyone? Any kind soul tell me who the heck is my host and how I can get this fixed? I work in customer service, this www.remarpro.com says I am a member. How can no one help me? Please and Thank you.

If the blog you are referring to is mybellamoxie.com then:

    – it is being hosted by Unified Layer, which is using Bluehost nameservers
    – the domain is registered at www.namejuice.com

If you are using WordPress for you blog on a hosting account, it is from www.remarpro.com. However, that is as far as WordPress goes in this case.

Your hosting account with Unified Layer has been suspended for some reason so you should contact them.

At some point, YOU would have had to purchase the domain and then purchase the hosting, so perhaps dig through your emails to find those transactions along with the relevant contact info ??
