    Hi,

This issue is a display issue with the number of subscribers, but the actual subscribers are safe on our servers, and are listed in the CSV file that you can download with all of your subscribers. If you still see discrepancies by Monday, please let me know.

So it is still showing at 340 which means I have lost my subscribers. Upon checking my email/wordpress followers it adds up to 340.

I am certain that before the update it was over 400. Please let me know what you can do.

    Hi there,

When I download the csv file, I see 220 email subscribers, which is more than the 133 subscribers currently listed. Combine 220 with the 208 WordPress.com followers and you get 428 total followers. So again, the discrepancy is only in the display of the total number of email followers. We are still looking into this issue; I’ll update you when it is fixed!

It’s been about 2 weeks since I lodged this and it still hasn’t been resolved. Are you still looking into it, making any progress?
