blog still not listed on google

    Hello all…

    I have had my blog set up for another about a month… and unlike my site (which is all html) my actual blog won’t get listed on google…

    even when i search the simplest of fixed quots from my blog…

    is this because the blog is set up as PHP and not HTML? what i am to do…?

    any help, much appreciated.

    Google will get to you – really.

    Nothing here to tell us what you’ve done to get listed. For example, have you submitted your blog’s url?

    Despite what you’ve heard, Google (as well as other search engines) don’t crawl the entire Internet every day looking for new stuff. You often have to let them know you’re out there. And yes, sometimes it takes a while to get something indexed and listed.

    Also wouldn’t hurt to create an XML sitemap and use Google’s (relatively) new Sitemap submission engine … https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/login .. doesn’t guarantee placement (quick or otherwise) .. but at least they’ll know about you ..
