Blog stats widget won’t delete

Hi,
Am trying to get rid of my blog stats widget at the bottom of my page https://www.leehughes.co.uk

There is the code <script type='text/javascript' defer='defer' src='https://www.intensedebate.com/widgets/blogStats/129662'></script>

this is in my footer but when I delete it it just comes back!

I have deleted this plugin but it still remains.. How do I get rid of it?
