Blog Stats “Top Posts” Not Working

I run two wordpress blogs with the wordpres blog software. Both blogs use themes that I personally built (both are different). On Blog A, it has all the stats update properly, but on Blog B does not. When I access Blog B’s stats in the dashboard, the “Top Posts & Pages” isn’t accurate. It only shows the page hits (home,about,store), but it doesn’t show any of the posts hits. I have over 80 posts on this blog, over 22k views, and over 700 comments, so I know my posts are getting hits, but the blog stats plugin isn’t recording or showing this particular data. All other data is recorded and shown fine. I have <?php wp_footer(); ?> in the footer of both my themes. I’ve even tried moving it around in the code to see if it made a difference and it still won’t record/show Top Posts.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?
