Blog setup

I set up my blog incorrectly and I need to know how to fix it. My blog is Rub My Belly Too https://rubmybellytoo.com. I started to add blog posts before I set up the blank blog(name I gave it) page as static and configured Settings:General And Setting-Reading as a static page and
Also,I’m trying to get my blog set to receive comments. There are no comment boxes.
What is the best way to resolve these issues?
