Blog section on landing page does not show posts with the correct category

    Hi!

    On customize > blog settings > categories, i have set the category that i want to be featured on the landing page.

    However, the landing page just shows posts with whatever categories ordered by the post date.

    How do i debug or fix this?

  • Hi @nadia123344,

    The Categories option is for Featured Posts section, which will display the most recent three posts from the category you choose. This section appears on top of the normal Blog Page.

    How do you customize the posts that show on the ‘Blog’ section of the front page? ??

    Hey @nadia123344,

    The Blog section from the front page consists of the latest blog posts published on your site regardless of category, but you can customize it from Customize -> Frontpage Sections -> Blog. ??

    The only options available on the Customize -> Frontpage Sections -> Blog are:
    – Section Title
    – Section Subtitle
    – Number of items

    Is there a way to choose the category of the posts that appear on the frontpage?
