I’ve had a bit of a problem since last week with posting to my blog
    https://www.wildlifeinpixels.net/blog/

Since I started the blog back in November last year I’ve always used the numpty way of paragraph spacing – hit return twice – and it’s always worked – honest!

But last week I noticed it wasn’t working any more – DOH!

I ended up doing a lengthy post in the TEXT edit window using the ? thing where I wanted a larger line space between paragraphs.

This morning I’ve done another post using a shortcode ‘[wc_spacing size=”25px”]’ and it’s saved my a lot of time and looks just how I wanted it to look on the web.

However, the blog update email that gets sent out contains all the shortcode entries – looks messy.

Is there any way I can stop the code from showing in the emails?

    Thanks in advance

    Andy

PS – I’m crap at any form of coding/css – me no understandy!

That theme has not been updated in over 4 years, may not longer be supported by its developer or be compatible with current/future versions of WordPress. I would strongly recommend that you switch to a more recent theme asap.

Oh dear that doesn’t sound good:(

Is there a way of previewing your existing blog in another theme – someway to get a new theme sorted out without screwing the existing blog for people who might view it while I’m fiddling around?

Thanks for that – changed it to 2011 v1.7 – I take it by the number of installs 2011 is an up to date theme!
