Blog roll disappeared off my Nav Bar

Hi,

I have just noticed that my nav bar/ menu has mysteriously changed. I used to have the blog roll with a sticky post as my home page (I called it Welcome)and it was unsurprisingly on the left side of my nav bar. Now it has disappeared from there. If I type in my domain name it come up but it is not on the nav bar making the site look a bit odd.

I have checked my setting and my blog roll is still set as my front page display but I can’t work out how to get it back on my nav bar. It is after all all my categories not just one of them.

I am sure there is a simple explanation but technoidiot here hasn’t got a clue what to do!
