Blog redirects to wordpress.com- how to undo this

Hello all,
On my current www.remarpro.com blog at the domain swasthyamundial.com, when you click the “home” link, it redirects to my wordpress.com blog abraark.wordpress.com.

I’m not sure if this has something to do with jetpack but I want to remove this redirect because I no longer use the wordpress.com blog and will be deleting it soon.
