Blog Redirects to Ads Page

I haven’t been on my blog for a while and hadn’t checked on it or updated it for a couple of months until one day, I find that when I access my blog homepage, it goes through a bunch of ad networks such as advpoints, marketfree, kmany, webclix, and other ad networks before stop loading. Sometimes it even redirects me to an advertisement like Yellow Pages, or a product. If you visit the blog via the link below, you will see what I am talking about. Look at the status bar to see the websites it connects and requests before it is finished loading.

I’m pretty sure the blog has been hacked. I’ve checked many things including the users to make sure there are no hidden admins, I’ve reuploaded all files to make sure that the files are clean and not-infected (but it came back a week later). I’m really not sure what is going on with the blog. How can I remove these ads permanently? Thanks.
