Blog Posts to Pages

Hi All,

I’d like to have a running feed (RSS?) of my blog posts on two different pages of my site. I’d like news posts to go to one page and the blog posts to go to another. Ideally, there’d be the post title and a sentence or two and then you can click to expand the text or redirect to the full article. I’d like this feed to be in the main body of each page. I can’t use a plugin because I can’t put plugins on individual pages in the body, I can only do that in the sidebar of every page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
