Blog posts showing up in main domain, not subdomain

I set up this blog, on a subdomain of my main site (sunridge.net)
https://lookoutpointranch.com/blog/index.php
It works great, except that individual posts show up in the main domain, not the lookoutpointranch.com subdomain
https://sunridge.net/lookout/blog/?p=23
Anyone know what the fix is?
