Blog posts section not showing on my Homepage

I’m using “The Galaxy” WP theme (not to be confused with “Galaxy”) and this is what the Home page editor looks like:

As you can see, the blog posts section does not appear anywhere on the page, although you can see the blog post when you visit the “News page”.
Do you have any idea why? Here’s the php code if it’s any help.
