Blog Posts Not Visible

  • Hello,
    Sometime in the last few weeks, my blog page stopped listing my blog posts. It does however show them when I am on my iPhone in “desktop” mode. I have tried severAL browsers and I am up to date on everything within WP. Have done health checks and contacted Bluehost and they found nothing on the server they could identify. Have also deactivated all plugins and still did not change back to how it was previously.

    This is what the page would look like previously, it is a category page of posts.

    I would prefer to not make it a dummy page, since it has been an active page for several years and contains articles/posts across topics for my clients.

    Any insights would be appreciated.

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://themecanon.ticksy.com

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, I did post already on their support forum last week, no reply to mine or other posts.Since I predominately created my site, I don’t have another resource.
