I have my home page set to static and have selected another page on my website to serve as my “posts page”. I have some older posts that I successfully imported from my old wordpress site plus some new ones that have been published from the current site. I want it to show all of my blog posts and be sure it is showing new ones as I publish them. The problem is that it only shows three recent posts, not including my newest post and pulls none of my imported ones. My Reader Settings are set to show up to 100 blog posts for my posts page so that isn’t the issue.

This is the posts page: https://yourtravelcareer.com/the-travel-agent-insider-4/

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am very new at this! Thanks.

Update: I had this question initially posted in the main forum and another member looked at my index.php code and remarked: “certain ‘theme options’–‘home page set up’ like the ‘blog slider’ category seem to disturb what is shown on a ‘posts page’; posts with those categories seem to be automatically excluded from any posts shown on the posts page (?) – even if those sliders are not shown in the site.”

Hopefully this additional info helps figure out what’s going on…

Well I’ve gotten zero response from AccessPress so luckily I managed to fix it on my own after hours of struggling. The issue was that on the index page there was code for the loop but no query information. So I inserted a query using my author name as the parameter. It worked and now the page pulls up every single one of my blog posts. Hope this helps someone else in the future.

I had a very similar problem, although I was using the Slider, not a static page.

I found in Appearance>ThemeOptions>BasicSettings that “Disable Responsive Design” was checked. I unchecked, and all is well

Hi Yourtravelcareer, I’m having the same problem, would you mind sharing the exact code you inserted on your index page, and by index page, do you mean style.css?
