Blog posts not showing on homepage after updates.

I’m currently running WordPress 5.3 with an AccessPress Lite Child theme. After updating WordPress, as well as the theme to their latest versions, my posts no longer show on the homepage.

My settings are set to have the homepage as a static page. I have cleared my browser’s cache, but the issue remains. I have also deactivated all plugins to see if it might be a plugin issue, but the problem still remains. I’ve tried switching to the twenty-nineteen theme, but the posts still don’t show.

So, I have run out of ideas of what to try next :).
