Blog posts don’t show up, please help

The problem I’m having is I have a mostly static website with a blog page that I want posts to show up on, the blog page is not the home page. When I go to settings/writing/posts page to BLOG and then visit the page I get an error saying there were too many redirects. I had the guy who built my wordpress theme take a look and he worked on it for quite some time to no avail. He was able to get posts to show up on the blog page but there were further errors when that happened. The website is https://www.attainclothingDOTcom (replace DOT with . ) the page for posts to show up on should be the link BLOG.

Thanks for any information or things to try, if you have questions about what my website guy did I can email him and get it to you. I have read a bunch of tutorials and other forum posts about similar things and sent these to him as well but it didn’t work. I can do some editing of files I just didn’t have the php knowledge to build the site the way I wanted it.
